I'm NOT a minimalist?!
In some cases, becoming a minimalist can feel like a lot of pressure. Beyond just decluttering possessions that don't lead to an intentional life and just add clutter, there is also the idea of clearing your schedule and being more mindful with your time. Sometimes I worry that this terminology can lead to MORE stress and make people feel like they shouldn't even attempt it. Rather than worrying about minimizing EVERY category of your life, simply focusing on decluttering SOME aspects of your, along with overall intentionality can really benefit you, your home, and your family. Today I'm sharing several ways in which I am NOT a "minimalist" but have focused more on intension rather than exact numbers.
