2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited had no heat for passenger vents, but had airflow. Turned out to be the “flap” controlled by the passenger side doorman was stuck, exercised gear with doorman off, now working properly. I believe it was held in with 2 T7 bits, also used upholstery/trim removal tool for below glove box. Had to remove the glove box as well.
