This is a political and social story to depict different communities living there. Rajya Sabha TV had travelled to Manipur in the beginning of 2017 when the state was charged with the heat of economic blockade launched by a Naga Social outfit and the process of assembly election was on.

What is the expectation of communities and why there is need to speed up the process of assimilation? The state adjoining the international border with Myanmar should not be like this as far as even basic infrastructure is concerned.
