Getting on my bike, riding through the desert and writing down my thoughts has become my go to “therapy.” In life there is always things pulling us in different directions, and it is challenging to be present and remember who you are. I creating this video to try and capture a bit of how I re-center myself in the midst of a world of distractions.

I made this video with just an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a DJI mini 4 pro I collected the shots to put together this short video.
