Ingredients :-
4 Apples
2 puff pastry sheets

For the custard :
2 cups milk (480 g)
5 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar ( 65 g )
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter

egg wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk

✅ Bake in preheated oven at 190° C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown .
