Landing the single axel in your 30s

The U.S. has the largest amateur adult figure skating scene in the world, boasting nearly 500 competitors. Philadelphian Anya Saretzky quit figure skating as a kid because she could not land the sport’s hardest jump: the axel. Anya returned to the sport as an adult and is determined to land the single axel in her 30s.
