Terengganu Cherry /Lepisanthes Alata is species that originated from South East Asia and uses as an ornamental plant in garden landscapes. Terengganu Cherry trees are often used as ornamental trees because of their attractive young, purple foliage and long, purple inflorescences that become bright, shiny, red clusters of fruit.
