By writing it in the present tense and reading it twice per day, you train your mind to move from intention to execution. It provides focus, direction, and a steady compass when distractions or doubts show up (and they always do).

The Self-Confidence Formula reinforces that purpose by conditioning your mindset through repetition, visualization, and disciplined action. Read daily, it strengthens belief, eliminates hesitation, and aligns your thoughts with persistent behavior. Over time, confidence stops being something you “hope for” and becomes something you operate from.

Together, these two practices do what generations before us relied on:
