I was born and raised in the Mount Angel and Silverton Oregon area. In college, I became more serious in my study of God's Word and living for Him. After college I attended a small Bible college that was based on the Canyonview campgrounds and graduated after two years majoring in New Testament Greek. During Bible college I worked in various positions in the camping programs. After graduating, I was hired full-time on faith that God will provide the funds for my salary. I was hired as a bookkeeper, guest group host, Bible teacher, and maintenance person. I am currently the executive director in my 44th year of service. I have been married 41 years with three children and three grandchildren.
