Richard Bagnall is a Freelance Concept Artist and Illustrator based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. He specializes in Science fiction and Fantasy artwork, mainly in environments, and character designs. He has worked on multiple projects, among others the board game set in the dark world of the far future called Cyberpunk Red, it's a prequel installment to Cyberpunk 2077. Other clients include game developers such as FractureLabs, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks Aps.

Cyberpunk RED is the newest pen-and-paper RPG by R. Talsorian Games released on November 14, 2020. It is meant to be the latest edition of the Cyberpunk RPG to coincide with the release of the video game Cyberpunk 2077, and bridge the time gap between the two games.
