Описание к видео THE CALAMITY FTK SUCKS. HERE'S WHY. | Yu-Gi-Oh! Mannadium Test Hands/Combo Tutorial Post DUNE 2023

This video is a test hand/combo tutorial video for the mannadium deck post dune (you can find a decklist here):    • NO CALAMITY FTK NEEDED! | Yu-Gi-Oh! I...

Although the hands we got weren't necessarily able to beat all the handtraps out there, the core idea of sequencing your plays so that no single handtrap can auto win against you is still important to remember for all your other hands.

FAQ:
Why do I think that the calamity FTK sucks?

From my experience, your regular board of 3-4 synchros, apollousa and reframing is more than enough to win you the game, so it's not needed.

The calamity combo also doesn't help you play around anything that the regular combo loses to (for example, you still lose to sphere mode, and super poly for draco equiste) - if anything, it makes you lose harder to those cards since you commit everything to the calamity line and are left with less if you get hit with those cards.

The calamity line also forces you to play bishbaalkin/calamity, which are useless in your extra deck if your combo gets disrupted (which it likely will with the prevalence of handtraps) , and it prevents you from playing cards that would otherwise be good in common situations (such as bagooska for when you get hit with droll).

Overall, I can see why people play it, but in my opinion it forces you to commit way too much to the line and is not worth giving up the flexibility you would otherwise have with the deck.
