Ingredients for Raw Mango Sweet Chutney

Raw Mango - 500 grams
Jaggery - गुड़ - 2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - काला नमक - 1 tsp
Ginger Powder - सौंठ पाउडर - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - जीरा पाउडर - 1 tsp
Garam masala - गरम मसाला - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - काश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 1.5 tsp
Dry dates or dates - छुआरा - 0-12 nos.
Chat Masala optional
Water - पानी - 2 Cup
