1\3 cup Semolina
salt,carom seeds,ghee
2 tbs kasoori methi
For dal
1 cup green Moong dal
1\2 cup Tuar dal
1\4 cup Masoor dal
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
red chili and green chili
bay leaf and cumin seeds
ghee or oil
1\2 tsp garam masala
coriande rleaves
red chili powder
turmeric powder,hing
Coriander cumin powder
