boost your submission rate with this back attack system. I use this system all the time and I believe it will boost your back attacks to the next level.
We start the video with a basic but high percentage back take drill.
We then look at linking submissions together to get the finish. Most of us know the individual submissions but its being able to link them in a particular way when our opponent stops the submissions is what is going to take us to the next level and increase our submission rate.
