2 pounds squid, gutted and cleaned
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup water
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 finger ginger root
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup tomato( 2 pcs roma) diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Lemon grass stalks (optional)
Red or Green Chili
For filling:
1 lb. Ground pork
Salt and pepper
