To conduct a bicycle rally in Kathgodam, Joseph, a 31-year-old Block Development Officer, organized an awareness program on Republic Day (15th August 2025) for spreading the Clean India message. He obtained permission from the Administrative Department and coordinated with his team to conduct meetings, prepare a road map, and tie up with the local police and traffic control team. He arranged medical support, communication setups, water points, posters, flags, and trained staff and volunteers for smooth execution. After careful planning, the rally was conducted successfully, spreading the message of cleanliness and civic responsibility among citizens. Later, Joseph returned office on the way met his school friend, who appreciated his work. Both went to a nearby restaurant, shared memories, and felt proud of the positive impact created by the event.
