Recipe (of course you can eyeball this process or use more or less oils than I used):
50 ml soybean oil
50 ml sweet almond oil
50 ml castor oil
50 ml jojoba oil
50 ml grapeseed oil
50 ml fractionated coconut oil
50 ml rice bran oil
Peppermint (fresh, dried tea or leaves)
Rosemary (fresh, dried flakes or leaves)
