1. Present Strategy Task Force Members and Primary Focus
a. Louise Anthony on Ohio
b. Boyd Adams on Louisiana
c. Bart Draeger on Oklahoma
d. Rave Craine on Tennessee
e. Richard Ernst on Illinois
f. Karen Scalf on North Carolina
g. Barry D. Smith on Texas
h. Doug Minnick on California (advisory)
i. Lavelle Giddings on North Carolina (advisory)
j. Nick Kiciak on Michigan (advisory)
k. Marvin Roberts on Texas (advisory)
Primary Focus: We will strategize on how to bring forth the Directives that our Fiduciary has made of our Federal Employees, their State of State franchises, the Government Corporations and Agencies and the Banks as the Employers. We will formalize a plan of action to get full cooperation and/or capitulation to transfer the governance of each State into the hands of the State Assembly and into the hands of each County Assembly. The County where the State Capitol is located will be the physical location where the Strategy Task Force focuses to execute this Strategic Plan initially. The remaining Counties will be facilitated by their respective State Assembly.

5. New Phase 1A Implementation Guide for State Assemblies
6. Assignments to monitor progress and effectiveness of Strategy
a. Map out States who are executing Phase 1a and monitor and report on progress and challenges
b. Map out States who are executing Phases 1 and 2 and monitor and report on progress and challenges
7. Alternate our Strategy Sessions to cater to each group of Assemblies to begin strategizing with the Assemblies specific to the direction they chose
8. Close Session and Set date of next meeting
