INGREDIENTS:

३०० ग्राम बोनलेस चिकन
1TBSP अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 टी स्पून काली मिर्च पाउडर
1टीएसपी सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
नमक स्वादअनुसार २ टी स्पून सोया सॉस
2 चम्मच सिरका
चुटकी भर तंदूरी रेड फ़ूड कलर
तलने के लिए तेल
7 से 8 कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
५ बड़े चम्मच कॉर्नफ्लोर
4 बड़े चम्मच तेल
४ बड़े चम्मच बारीक कटा लहसुन
1 बड़ा चम्मच बारीक कटा अदरक
१ मध्यम आकार का बारीक कटा प्याज
३टीबीएसपी रेड चिल्ली सॉस
1TBSP हरी मिर्च की चटनी
३ बड़े चम्मच टोमैटो केचप
२ बड़ा चम्मच टिक्का मसाला
½कप पानी
