Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend joined one of Surrey Police's roads Casualty Reduction Officers, as he carried out regular speed checks and caught drivers and passengers travelling without their seatbelts fastened. The Officer also stopped a driver using their mobile phone - resulting in six points on their license.
