This genre of Song that is Tagore songs the initially it’s copyright belong to Visva-Bharati Music Board only and they could grant permission for using it to several companies at the same time by several artists/ same artist. As per copyright Laws since 2001, the concerned board has been dissolved and Tagore songs by any and all artists are exempted by copyright laws. Our Company ‘Sound Wing’ had formal permission of publishing songs of Tagore under Visva-Bharati before 2001 and definitely after.
