Right now at COP30, something historic is on the table: a global roadmap to phase out the fossil fuels driving the climate crisis.

A roadmap that is just, equitable, funded and fair is one of the strongest tools we have to prevent disasters like the ones that changed many of our lives forever. If we want fossil fuels to stop wreaking havoc on our climate and our homes, we must choose a new path forward.

We welcome the leadership of the 80+ countries signing onto this proposal - and we urge the Albanese government to back it fully.
