Meatloaf Bites | Mini Meatloaf Bites

Another great appetizer or finger food for your get togethers are these Meatloaf Bites. The donut hole pan gives them the perfect size and that crispy texture on each bite.
There are lots of different recipes both sweet and savory you can cook in the donut hole pan.

Recipe:-

Mini Meatloaf Bites

Ingredients :
• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 medium potato, shredded
• 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
• 2 eggs
• 2 oz. soy sauce
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together, except f or the cheese.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with shredded
cheese.
4. Return to the oven and bake 3 to 5 minutes more.
