I know there have been millions of "how to release music" videos out there that walk you through either the entire process of how to put out music to streaming services. Instead, in this video I thought I would instead highlight the different "TYPES" of distribution services that exist, what features come with the, and the advantages and disadvantages of each so that you as artists can get a better idea of which service(s) you should be considering when you're ready to release a project. Some offer creative tools for the music production process, some offer promotional ones, others with publishing for your music, and of course ones that are completely free to use.
