Timemore Sculptor 078S Electric Coffee Grinder | 2nd try on filter

In this video, we are putting the Timemore Sculptor 078S flat burrs electric grinder to test.

We are comparing it with my SSP MP 98mm flat burrs.

On the whole, the Timemore Sculptor 078S flat burrs tends to produce filtered coffee ending with a slight bitterness in tasting note as compared to the 98mm SSP burrs set we used as a dedicated filtered coffee grinder in our cafe.

In our earlier video, we use a slightly finer grind setting on the Timemore Sculptor 078S and it yielded a cup of filtered coffee with slight bitterness at the end of the tasting note. The larger 98mm SSP burrs produce a much cleaner cup with more overall sweetness and juiciness without the bitter aftertaste.

Today's test we have tried to make the grind size closer between the Timemore Sculptor 078S and the 98mm SSP burrs and we yielded similar results as compared to what we tried yesterday.

We will attempt to get the grind size to be even closer and make a conclusion in what we think of the Timemore Sculptor 078S as a filtered coffee grinder.
