Tekken 4 Steve Fox Playthrough + story scenes

Tekken 4 (2002) by Namco Bandai for Playstation 2.
Steve Fox is a new character introduced in tekken 4, taking the role of the boxer of the tekken series, therefore 98% of his moves are with his hands rather then his feet and thus his kick buttons are replaced with stances.
Steve is a very fast character and very powerful, capable of dealing massive damage and performing some insane combos (which i obviously can't as i dont play Steve at all!), but also has a somewhat dificult movelist to get used to. The strong thing about Steve is that he barely has any weaknesses, probably the only one being that he is somewhat sub-par at low-poking (only his right-handed leg hook move is worth using a lot, and that one is slow and unsafe), but his ability to lock-down his opponent, deal massive damage in any situation and having an unlimited skill-ceiling makes him a very dangerous character.
Therefore, i classify him as a top-tier character in this game (and also top-tier for tekken 5, 5:DR and 6), but remember, for Tekken 4 top-tier is not the actual top-tier. that tier is reserved solely for Jin.

as for some perfomance issues in the video, i think i found out the reason why the video sometimes stutters. together with emulator issues, i also found out that i run the game in 1280x720 resolution, which is 720P quality. however, the PS2 was created before that resolution was even developed, the native resolution for this game is 640x480 (480P). so i practicly play a game in a resolution that it doesn't even support. this also explains why the video quality is better then on the actual console, and also why the game lags sometimes.
