Sometimes when we roll out our mats, we have a vision of what we expect to see. But the reality is, our bodies are dynamic and changing and sometimes certain areas need some care. Working together as a community, my hope is that we can create a variety of movement styles for a variety of bodies, days, and situations.
With an attempt to go soft & easy on the wrists, arms and shoulders, (thanks to a community member request) I created this “no down dog” hatha practice. A great opportunity to either honour an injury or limitation, or to simply try something different - I’m really grateful you’re here.
No props are required for this 29 minute session, but I find it helpful to have a block and strap handy for most classes, when available.
