The next version of TYR DropZero Barefoot Trainer is here, we now have the laced version.

The first model featured the straps, and they were okay, but I thought they missed the mark regarding their comfort and fit. The DropZero laced shoe has been met with a little adversity with some barefoot shoe lovers saying it looks just like the Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit.

I don't disagree with that statement, but I also don't think the TYR model is necessarily a bad option to go with — especially since it costs less.

I'm stoked to continue testing the TYR DropZero Laced model. After the strap iteration was super lackluster, I feel like TYR needed a solid model to not lose the faith of consumers.

So far, I've enjoyed the DropZero Laced for my first days of wear and workouts. Is it flawless? I'm not exactly sold that it is, but I need more sessions before I discuss my possible hang-ups.

I wanted to publish this video solely for the lifters and athletes who don't feel like waiting for my full review and want more context on this model.
