BMW R 1150 RT walkaround, Remus exhaust sound & LEDs

Описание к видео BMW R 1150 RT walkaround, Remus exhaust sound & LEDs

The bike is equipped with Remus Revolution aluminium slip-on exhaust for R 1150 RT, LED taillamp, LED daytime light integrated with turn signals in the mirrors, Wunderlich touring seats, touring windshield, additional feet covers near the foot pegs, alarm with added immobilizer, cylinder guards, radio with intercom setup and some standard for RT elements like power windshield, fog lamps, Telelever front suspension and previous type of Paralever along with the drive shaft at the back, ABS, gear indicator and a center stand.

Note that the clips of exhaust sound are mixed and the bike's sometimes shown while being either on higher revs due to having a cold start or on normal revs level. The footage at the beginning of the video shows the bike idling on normal rpm.

The bike produces some kind of strange chirping sound on lower revs - you can hear it only when the engine's warm: 1:26 - 1:32 and 1:42 - 1:45. Have any of you, BMW riders, experienced it? BMW mechanics have checked the bike, throttle valves are properly synchronized, valve clearance is fine. Nothing alarming was found. Some of the guys claim that they've seen a number of R 1200 GS sounding like this straight from the factory.
