With 3 days in Launceston, some big miles behind us, and in front of us, we take an easy day in Launceston to take in the sights.

The group that missed Ross yesterday ride to Ross for lunch and gets a bonus tour of the Ross Bakery. The bakery woodfire oven was made and installed in 1860 and is the only oven they use. It must be good as their Vanilla Slice was magic. Very good Scallop Pie too 😊

The rest of the group takes in Breakfast in Launceston before visiting the amazing Cataract Gorge. A restful day and the human batteries recharged ready for the next few days.

The drive belt is still holding up, thankfully. However, the microphone is stuffed, so there is no live sound. Bummer.
