This video includes instructions for creating a card made with Melissa Kerman's Impressions of Tarnished Foil Technique, with layers of heat and dry embossing to create a unique focal piece or background. Project uses the Woodland Embossing Folder and Thoughts and Prayers Stamp Set by Stampin' Up!.
