About the 97-Club Data Science Community

Data Science is growing in Kenya with more people and learners being attracted to the profession. How do you develop and grow a career in data science, what are the skills and certifications needed and how can one acquire them?

Together to build and utilize data science.

The 97-Club is a Data Science community started in 2022, which seeks to bring together, empower, and promote young people for Data Science professional development. We aim to fill skill gaps, promote diversities in the profession, build professional networks, identify job opportunities for members, and promote data science solutions. The 97-Club includes both online and offline data science talks, events, trainings, and conferences in Kenya. Membership is open for practicing data scientists, students, and all interested in data analysis and data science profession in the country.
