Decluttering Challenges: How to Let Go of Expensive Things

Several people have mentioned to me that they struggle with getting rid of items that they know they don't use, but they can't bring themselves to part with the items because they were expensive. This is an incredibly pervasive problem, and I'll bet just about all of us who have started our decluttering journeys have faced this at some point.

In this video, I share a bit about what's happening psychologically when we experience this (thanks to what I've learned from listening to a lot of NPR), and include some tips on how to overcome it.
