The Event Programme

It’s the last weekend of Wysing's current exhibition The Fifth Artist, with new work by Olivier Castel, Jesse Darling, Julia Crabtree & William Evans and Alice Theobald. Join them live from Wysing for an event to close the exhibition with readings, screenings and in-conversations devised in collaboration with the artists. Contributions include Screen tests, a collaborative work edited by Theobald which originates from the artists’ preparation for a collaborative broadcast on Wysing’s site in December last year. Crabtree & Evans will be showing a series of computer animations exploring their interest in the performative potential of materials, while Castel presents the performance A Reading.
