Fardeen Khan is married to Natasha Madhvani. natasha is the daughter of actress Mumtaz Askari & Mayur Madhvani. Their wedding took place on 14 December 2005 in Mumbai. His Daughter is Diani Isabella. Son name is Azarius Khan.

Fardeen is the nephew of actors Sanjay Khan and Akbar Khan. He is the cousin of Suzanne Khan and actor Zayed Khan.
