Case 446 - Will It Start?

For this video, I show one of a pair of Case 446 garden tractors that I recently purchased. This tractor has been sitting at least seven years without running and the last year or two has been outside.

The "will it start?" videos seems to be popular the last few years on YouTube. Most of the videos that I have seen have ended with the engine running in some form or another, this one does not run. This often happens, but do not worry, this means only more videos to come as I repair it!
