Tune in to hear from Julie Moore, Director of Corporate & Community Engagement, and Courtney Carranza, Director of Communications and Public Affairs for Albertsons, Vons, and Pavilions, and as they spotlight the $5 Hunger Bag campaign in support of the San Diego Food Bank’s 45th annual Holiday Food Drive. Get an inside look at the action from our Nonprofit Food Center, the heart of our Miramar Warehouse.

Now through January 1, shoppers at any of the 70+ Albertsons, Vons, and Pavilions locations across San Diego County can support local families by purchasing a $5 Hunger Bag at checkout. Each bag helps provide nutritious food to neighbors facing hunger. Customers can also donate individual nonperishable items by placing them in the Food Bank’s iconic red barrels located at the front of each store.

Ways to give:
• Donate nonperishables at more than 70 Albertsons, Vons, and Pavilions locations.
• Purchase a $5 Hunger Bag at checkout to help provide holiday meals.
• Support the Food Bank online anytime with a monetary donation or by hosting a virtual food drive.
