A WEEK IN MY LIFE: new job update + healthy meal prep + life advice

Hey everyone, what a rollercoaster of a week it's been! From diving headfirst into my new job, to rocking that “groovy” costume, and even braving the grill for the first time – talk about stepping into the unknown!

But amidst all the craziness, I've picked up a few life lessons that I want to share. First off, soak up the moment and find joy in the little things. Life's too short to rush through and not appreciate the ride!

Second, prioritize self-care! You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. Whether it's catching some sunshine on a run, whipping up a tasty meal, or shooting the breeze with loved ones – make sure to recharge that battery!
