In this video, I will mention all the options to control weeds in cotton crop.
We know weeds are competitors of our crop for food i.e nutrients, space etc. Weeds infestation cause;
Insects pests infestation in field
Weaken the plants
Wastage of fertilizers etc.
Best pre emergence herbicide products are;
1) Pendimethaline
2) S metolachlore
3) Mixture of Pendi methaline and s metolachlore
4) Mixture of Pendi methaline, s metolachlore and oxyflurofen
Best post emergence herbicide products are;
1) Percept
2) Calm
3) Glyphosate
All these weedicides are used in cotton fields.
Doses of herbicides are also given in the video.
