Heard about these villages in Sembawang long ago but never got around to actually knowing where they were when they existed.
I happen to chance upon some archives with maps, so i made a recce trip down to the area.
Almost immediately i understood what the maps showed as i glance around the landscape, it gave a strong feeling of nostalgia as i've been there once as a little kid.
What remains now are some remnants of the past villages and some closed roads that used to connect the whole area together extensively.
