3-5-3 Defense for Youth Football Multiple 353 Defensive Shifts from Coach Parker's 62 Multi Defense

The 3-5-3 Defense for Youth Football is a great Multiple Defensive formation to shift from almost any even or odd from youth football defense. This video shows how to shift from Coach Parker's 62 Multi 8 Defense for youth football into a 3-5-3 defense. I like to shift into the the 3-5-3 defense against 2x2 Spread passing teams.

The 30 front defenses; 3-3 Stack, 3-5-3 and -3-3-5 defenses are great youth football defenses if you have skilled aggressive youth football players that can blitz, open field tackle and cover skilled receivers in man or zone coverage. I use the 3-5-3 defense as one of my best youth football defenses to stop the pass. The 33 Stack is one of the best defenses to stop the run if you have great defensive linemen that can stunt and inside Linebackers that can blitz and read plays.

If you are coaching defense for youth football, especially at older ages, I would look into the 3-5-3 Multiple Defense. It is a great pass defense and can easily shift into great run defenses like the 53 and 62. And of course blitz from the 33 stack.

3-3-5 Multiple Defensive Shifts
1) 62 Wide Tackle
2) 3-3 Stack
3) 5-3 Defense
4) 5-2 Monster
5) 51 Cowboy Defense
6) 3-3-5 Defense
7) Gap 8 Defense / Goa Line Defense

I probably should have thrown in the shift into the 4-4 stack too. Another easy shift from the 62 into the 44 then 33 and eventually into the 3-5-3.
