Recently I read "How to Perform Under Pressure" by Hendrie Weisinger who has dedicated his entire life studying people and their unique pressure situations in a variety of professions. Half of his book he talks about pressure solutions, basically telling us how to regulate, redirect or release the flow of pressure. I highly recommend you read it if you are looking to improve your overall athletic performance.

In this video I pick my top 3 that have worked for me and countless others to not necessarily eliminate pressure or stress completely, but to perform better when those stressful situations occur.
