Globalist benefits:
1. Received complimentary breakfast
2. No room upgrade at all
The hotel didn't sufficiently recognize World of Hyatt members' loyalty. The reception was small, thus always a long queue for check-in/out during the peak hours. Despite the high seasonal room rate as a Cat 4, the hotel amenities and customer services didn't justify the expense.
