Application Documents
The application documents must be notarized in English or Chinese.

• Passport homepage. The passport must be valid till September 2025.
• Highest graduate certificate.
• Copies of Academic transcripts.
• Language proficiency certificate.
• A study plan of at least 1,000 words (for doctoral)
• Two recommendation letters
• Physical Examination Record
• Bank receipt of application fee: USD60 or CNY400.
• Non-criminal record report
• Acceptance letter (not mandatory)

Step 1: Complete the application on the CSC Online Application System.
