Nibi Wabo Water Blessing Song - Ottawa, Canada

Описание к видео Nibi Wabo Water Blessing Song - Ottawa, Canada

Sacred Water Blessing Song. An invitation to join me in singing and blessing the Waters of the Earth, the lifeblood of our Mother Gaia.

This ancient Algonquin Nation Water Blessing Song was taught to me by Métis Grandmother Monique Renaud. All are encouraged to sing to the Water of the Earth, to bless the Water, to honour the Water, to heal the Water. The Nibi Wabo song was traditionally sung by women of the Algonquin Nation. Roughly translated, the words mean: Water is the lifeblood of our Mother Earth, and it is also our lifeblood. Water, I honour you. Water, I respect you. Water, I love you.

Indigenous Land Acknowledgement: I acknowledge that this video was recorded on the unceded and unsurrendered traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe Nation, Canada.

I am committed to blessing the Water wherever I go. I have begun to record videos to share with you from different locations where I bless the Water with the Nibi Wabo Water Blessing Song. I post the videos here on my YouTube channel. Please join me in blessing the Water wherever you are.
