Zachery Ty Bryan, best known for playing Brad Taylor on Home Improvement, was arrested early Friday in Custer County, Oklahoma, on a second felony DUI charge. Police initially found Bryan asleep in his car around 6:47 a.m. but allowed him to remain. Later, officers observed him driving and pulled him over, at which point Bryan allegedly admitted to being intoxicated. He refused a breathalyzer test, leading to his arrest after failing field sobriety tests, where he rated his own sobriety at five out of ten.
