Bevor wir auf den Pamir Highway starten, besuchen wir in Khorugh den bekannten und farbenfrohen Afghanen Markt und können bei einer pamirischen Famile bei einem Geburtstagsfest dabei sein. Dann geht es los. Wir lassen uns mehrere Tage Zeit, um die zweithöchste befestigte Strasse der Welt, den Pamir Highway, zu fahren. Wir baden in Hot Springs und finden den kältesten Ort von Zentralasien. Wird unser Fahrzeug die Höhe verkraften? Und werden wir höhenkrank? Und schaffen das unsere Hunde? Die Antworten gibts im Video. Wir zeigen ebenfalls einige Bilder vom Pech unserer Reisefreunde auf dem Pamir, incl. einer Bergeaktion im Schlamm. Und tolle Drohnenaufnahmen gibt's sowieso.

Before we start on the Pamir highway, we visit the famous and colourful Afghan market in Khorugh and we can join a birthday party at a Pamiri family. Then it is time for the Pamir highway. We take it slowly to drive the second highest road of the world. We take a bath at hot springs and find the coldest place of Central Asia. Will our camper truck perform at this altitude? And do we get the altitude sickness? And how about our dogs? You will get all answers in the video. We also show some pictures of the mishaps of our travel fellows, including a rescue action in the mud. Fantastic drone shots you get anyway.
