Calcium

Hello Friends

We all know calcium is very important for the body and bones.

If you do not like to drink milk, or to all those who are looking for a non-dairy alternative resource for calcium, here is my answer.

Basically, milk is not the only calcium source for our body . We have been told so for years.

Sugar beet has all the calcium you need. Ragi, roughly the size equivalent to two dosas will be a good quantity. Sunflower seeds also have a good quantity of calcium in it.

150-200 gms of Moringa (Drumstick tree leaves) has the calcium you need for a day. It is also my favorite. I have been adding moringa to my diet for several years.

Sesame seeds ( Black or White) is yet another excellent source of calcium.

For all those who do not like milk, these are the resources you can have your daily calcium dose. Hope this is helpful to you all.
