As manufacturers of electrical apparatus you are concerned by the longevity of your high & medium voltage equipment’s insulation. Here at SuperGrid Institute, we support you in choosing appropriate materials for your applications.
We develop and manufacture insulating materials that are further investigated in our characterisation platform. We then qualify these materials for a specific application using dedicated tests including ageing benches (whether it’s silicone, epoxy or XLPE).
Insulating materials are key elements of all electrical equipment. We address the particularities of various different electrical applications, like HVDC & MVDC, through our standardised tests.
We are independent experts in dielectric materials for DC stress. Our materials laboratory is just one of the many state of the art facilities available to our clients, allowing you not only to find your insulation solution but to go all the way through to testing your final product.
