South American fire tables are all about a la parrilla grilling – using the embers from your fire to grill and infuse your food with smoky flavour. Load up the fire basket with logs, wait for the embers to drop onto the fire bricks below then draw them across to the grill for cooking.

The Asado Primera BBQ has a wheeled barbecuing grill so that you can lower your searing steaks or raise your slow cooking brisket with the turn of a handle. It is live fire cooking with heat control.

The overhead smoking cage not only looks impressive, but provides more cooking space. The suspended high grill is ideal to hang above the fire basket to keep your corn on the cob warm or to add smoky flavour to your cheeses.
